There are plenty of places to eat and during quite seasons you can also huggle your way to a bargain at the table as the restaurants are keen to have people walk through their doors. So next time you are in Pisa don’t just head for the tower. Take a tour of the city and just wander. You never know what you might discover! Some shots from the trip below.
Where to stay in Pisa: We struck gold as our hotel in Pisa was only meters from Miracle square. We had the Leaning Tower of Pisa only a 150 meters from us, which made exploring a breeze. We stayed at Hotel Pisa Tower. Surprisingly wasn’t that expensive either. As I was traveling with my nieces and sister it was handy that we had a big enough room accommodating all of us.
