It’s almost a sure thing that among the numerous plans floating in your mind for the New Year celebration is to watch the massive London NYE fireworks. So below are a few places where you can get the best view of fireworks on that special night.

Thames Riverside
The New Year’s Eve fireworks for this year can also be viewed from the by the glistering waters of River Thames at night. Tickets for the Mayor’s spectacular London New Year’s Eve Fireworks celebration are now on sale. This is a public event and it starts on Monday 31st December 2018 at 8:00pm and ends on Tuesday 01 January 2019 at 12:45am.
This is one of the best place to see London new years eve fireworks as the mood on the night is exciting with great crowds and plenty of music playing while you wait for the countdown. London new years eve tickets are priced at £10 each, you have the option to book up to four tickets for four people.
There will be six viewing areas: the Blue Viewing Area, the Red Viewing Area, the Pink Viewing Area, the Green Viewing Area, the White viewing area, and the Accessible Viewing Area. Each ticket has its own viewing area and it is advisable to book the same viewing area for all tickets in you are booking for your friends as well.
It is also important that you arrive by the side of the river where your viewing area is located. If you are interested in this venue (of course you are!) book your tickets now before they are all sold out.

The London Sky Bar

Oh the New year is just beautiful in London, especially in Thames,. Went with my best friend one year as an impulse and we managed to bag one of the best London fireworks viewing areas. It has been my go to ever since with or without company. I definitely recommend Thames River northbank viewpoints. Never visited the others but I will definitely try Trafalgar Square in the coming year.
